Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
At LODUU, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
- If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, customer can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To process such claims, an unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
- Upon verification, LODUU will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
